Camp Broadway and Audience Rewards, the Official Loyalty Program of Broadway, announced a new marketing partnership designed to make theatergoing more accessible and affordable for the family audience. Beginning immediately, Audience Rewards members who enroll children in Camp Broadway's New York summer camp programs can earn 1,000 Audience Rewards ShowPoints redeemable for free tickets, merchandise and special experiences. Audience Rewards' free ticket awards start at 2,800 points.

Now celebrating its 14th year, Camp Broadway is being presented July 13-17 and August 3-7 in New York City. The camps feature master classes in singing, dancing and theater arts taught by Broadway-trained faculty. Kids 9 -12 and 13 -18 will rehearse Broadway production numbers, receive insights from the crew of a hit show, attend a matinee of a Broadway show, enjoy master class workshops and meet-and-greets with special guests, and participate in a musical presentation for friends and family. Kids 6-8 will attend a half day program of singing and dancing, make their own scenery and costumes, and perform in a presentation for friends and family. According to The Broadway League's recent Broadway Audience Research Report, the 2007-2008 season saw the largest percentage of children and teenagers in the audience in the past thirty years. In terms of admissions, young adults ages 18 and under accounted for a record-breaking 1.5 million tickets. Camp Broadway is developing a series of exclusive member events designed for elementary children, tweens and young adults to enhance their appreciation of live theatre.
