The prime rib, chosen from the best beef available, USDA Prime, is carved tableside, from slow-roasted standing rib roasts served to guests’ specifications, from unique stainless steel serving carts. Delicious side dishes are also served from the cart or made to order. If not in a mood for beef guests can choose from fish, lobster or vegetarian selection.
